Hsin Tien, Taiwan: PDC (Power Digital Card) today formally launches PSd Voice products. PDC’s PSd Voice is based on the company’s voice technology, VerbalDoc Technology. This technology can formulate any text data as email contents, web contents, e-book contents, into human voice reading the contents back to the user.

PDC’s PSd Voice solution allows the busy user to actually save time from reading and enjoy the contents via high quality audio solutions. PDC utilizes PSd for this technology as the product is unique in the way that it fully bridges contents and data among Consumer Electronics, Personal Computer, and Communications devices. PDC has full IP protection in 10 countries with another 12 in patent pending stage. All products are fortified with Duratect (http://www.duratect.com), allowing PDC’s PSd to be 100% waterproof, dustproof, shockproof, and can withstand extreme temperatures. As PSd was awarded Best Choice of Computex 2006 Product Design Award, it is the best solution to carry PDC’s Voice technology. PSd Voice will be currently available in densities of 512MB, 1GB, and 2GB with 4GB coming soon.

System requirements needed to activate VerbalDoc from PSd Voice is as below:

1. Intel Pentium or AMD processor.

2. Windows 2000 with Service Pack 4/ Windows XP Professional or Home Edition/ Windows XP Tablet PC.

3. For Outlook Add-in (MS Outlook 2000/XP/2003).

4. 350MB of HD space.

5. Current Language Edition Available: English, Chinese (Traditional and Simplified).

6. Future Language Edition: Japanese, German, and others.
